Gather your crew and head to the river! Our spacious bunkhouses are designed specifically for large families, reunions, and friend groups who want to experience the Elk River together. With room to sleep 16+ guests, this is the perfect home base for shared meals, campfire stories, and riverside fun.

Space & Sleeping Arrangements

• Massive Capacity: The bunkhouse features three bunk bed sets (all full-size mattresses) plus two additional separate queen-size beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to land.
• The Comforts: Stay cool with full air conditioning throughout the cabin. We provide basic linens (fitted/flat sheets and pillowcases), but please remember to bring your own favorite pillows, blankets, and towels.

Kitchen & Dining

• Meal Prep:  pack meals and snacks for the whole crowd in your kitchen area, complete with a refrigerator and dining table.
• Outdoor Living: Take the cooking outside to the Blackstone grill. We’ve also included an outdoor sink and shower to complement the two full bathrooms located inside, making it easy to wash off the river sand.
• Morning Boost: Wake up to a fresh brew with our provided coffee service.

Unplug & Reconnect

In the spirit of a true retreat, there is no Wi-Fi or TV in the bunkhouse. We invite you to trade the screens for the natural beauty and tranquility of the Elk River valley.

Stay Details

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. (Please visit the office first to register, sign waivers, and collect your car tags and wristbands).
• Holiday Weekends: A 3-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
• Quiet Hours: 10:29 PM – 7:00 AM. We are a “peace of the creek” community. Please keep music and conversation contained within your campsite at all times.
• Bonus Perk: Your stay includes two free lunch/dinner passes for your daytime visitors!
