Located right at the top of the confluence of the Little Sugar Creek and Big Sugar Creek—where they form the Elk River—this exclusive site offers front-row access to the water. Whether you’re here to raft, relax, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the river, there’s no better place to park your home away from home.
Here’s what makes these sites special:

Hookups: Water and both 30 & 50 amp electric plus a standard 110 for our tent campers—just plug in and unwind.

We can fit a 32′ or less camper here (you will have to use dump station before leaving) no sewer hook up. You can also tent camp this site for bigger families.

Stay Details
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 1:00 PM. (Please visit the office first to register, sign waivers, and collect your car tags and wristbands).
- Holiday Weekends: A 3-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
- Quiet Hours: 10:29 PM – 7:00 AM. We are a “peace of the creek” community. Please keep music and conversation contained within your campsite at all times.
