The bike park was opened on July 8, 2017. This sustainable bike recreation area includes a bicycle playground, skate spot, with concrete pump track, skills trails, flow trail with progression jump opportunities and a Hammock chill zone! It is located right next to Sugar Island! The newest addition to the bike park is a great pavilion to rest under or to have a birthday party at.
The pumptrail was then added in August and made a great half mile trail for bikers, skate boarders and walkers to enjoy! The City of Pineville is happy to have this as part of the addition to our recreation areas in town!
